Returns

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. We will gladly accept the return of all unworn and unaltered full price merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that may be made which result in the shipment of incorrect products to you will also be accepted for return. Exceptions to these are Made-to-order (MTO) products. Shoe returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Return shipping cost will not be covered by us and returns would require an RMA number before it is processed. Please contact us first to get an RMA number before sending back a package.
